Yes, it’s 100% legal. It’s been legal since 2019, when the world made a large shift to go online. Online marriage is recognized all across the world!
There are 3 qualifying factors:

Yes, we do! This process is called a rush order. Typically it takes 72 hours for the application to process, however with a rush order we can process it within a few hours. What this means is we will get your ceremony scheduled within 24 hours, and we will prioritize your application. In the rare case we aren’t able to get this done within 24 hours, you will receive an immediate full refund.
Yes we do! The apostille stamp is a special certificate issued by the Secretary of State or the Office of the Lieutenant Governor , which grants recognition to the marriage license in another country.
Getting an apostille will ensure that your marriage license is valid and official in the country of your choice. Often times, a couple will choose to get this when each partner is located in a different country.
We get you set up with the Marriage application, and we schedule a ceremony. When it comes time for your ceremony, you will join the video call where you will meet your wedding officiant. As soon as the ceremony is over, you will receive your marriage certificate. This is conducted through the state of Utah.
Yes we do! We have a refund policy, which you can find here:
Nope! You can be on opposite sides of the world, or in the same room, it doesn’t matter to us. As long as we can see both of your faces virtually, then that’s all that’s needed.
The marriage certificate is issued from the state of Utah, and it is recognized and legal in all 50 states.
We keep it low-cost and affordable, at a steady price of $299.
