REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Online Marriage
If you’d like to cancel your payment and ceremony, the outcome of that will be based on the status of your application. Your refund amount can be found based on the information below:
FULL: 100% REFUND:
You can receive a full refund for your ceremony if you are requesting this option with more than 24 hours notice before your ceremony takes place. However, if fees have already been paid on our end then they will be subtracted from the refund total.
HALF: 50% REFUND:
You can receive a 50% refund for your ceremony if you are requesting this option within 24 hours of your ceremony. ** The reason being is because we will already have paid for a portion of the fees.
NONE: NO REFUND
If your ceremony has been completed, you won’t be eligible for a refund. A ceremony is completed if your officiant is there on the call at your specified time, under two different circumstances:
1) You don’t show up: this is when you don’t show up, and you don’t email us before notifying us of your absence.
2) If you are on the call and your officiant successfully performs the ceremony.
Additionally, if it has been 60 days or more since your purchase date, you will not be eligible for a refund. (you have up to 60 days after your purchase to request a refund)
U.S. Spouse Visa Package
The refund guarantee with the U.S. Spouse Visa Package will depend accordingly with the order in which you set up the appointment.
Consultation First
The $49 consultation fee with a U.S. recognized Immigration Attorney is non-refundable.
If you choose to purchase the Consultation before the Package, then the U.S. Spouse Visa Package will be non-refundable after purchase.
Package First
If you choose to purchase the U.S. Spouse Visa Package directly, without a prior consultation, then you will have a 14-day refund guarantee in case you change your mind.
The 14 day refund countdown begins from the day that you have your first call with the immigration attorney.
**If a refund is requested during that 14 day period, please note that we will refund you $1250, and will keep the remaining $49 to cover an processing/ Misc. fees incurred on our end.
A full-refund guarantee is offered if your US Spouse Visa application is denied. *(terms apply, which are discussed directly with the Immigration Attorney)
